metalworks by avery is a project using repurposed metal from a junkyard in madrid. It’s an artisanal, antigua practice, using only pressure to create folds and golpes. hammers were designed to create precise dimensions and guide the movement of the pieces. this process is slow and intentiononal: every bang of the hammer slowly creates a form. every piece is singular, made with patience and purpose.
